House Hunting: Craigslist or Facebook?

Next time you’re looking for a house, you might want to check your notifications

Facebook is introducing a Housing category in its Marketplace in a bid to compete with Craigslist and other rentals listing. From November 2017, it is now possible to look for thousands of US properties thanks to a partnership with Apartment List and Zumper.

You can search by location (US only), price, bedrooms, size and even differentiating between animals friendly or not. Pictures of the properties can be uploaded in 360-degree format as well.

It looks like Facebook is making an effort to get involved in all sorts of fields, after already partnering with car dealership websites back in October.
