I just noticed that I ordered the wrong item, can I change my order?

If you have accidentally ordered the wrong item please email us (office@osum.eu) straight away to let us know. Provide your order number and a brief explanation of what went wrong in the email and we will look into it straight away. If the item hasn't left our depot yet we may be able to change your order and send you the item you want instead. If it has left our premises already and is on the way to you, don't worry. Once you receive the item, you can post it back to us and we will replace it with the item you intended to order. For more information regarding shipping costs, returns etc please see here.

 

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Where is my order now?

If you have placed an order on abuvo.com, you will receive an email with a tracking number for your order as soon as your items have been shipped. We will also provide a link through which you can track your order. In some rare cases, tracking numbers are not provided for shipments by the service provider. In such cases you can contact us directly and we will do the best we can to assist you further.

I don't have a paypal account, can I still make purchases on Abuvo?

Absolutely! We accept Mastercard, American Express, and Visa card payments during checkout OR you can make your purchase through PayPal as a guest. No signup or account is required.

 

I received something that is broken, what can I do?

We are very sorry if you received something that isn't working as expected or seems to have been hurt in the post. If this has happened to you with something you purchased on abuvo.com, please contact us immediately. Take a quick photo of the packaging and the item (make sure the damage can be seen clearly on the photo), and contact us on office@osum.eu. If you contact us within 14 days of receiving your item, someone from our support team will evaluate the issue and get back to you as soon as possible. I made a mistake in my address, how will I receive my package?

If you notice a mistake on your address after you have placed an order, email us as quickly as possible at office@osum.eu. If the item hasn't been shipped yet we will correct your address and all is well. But don't sweat it if the shipment is already on its way. If it arrives to your local post office (provided there isn't a mistake in the country or city) you can contact them directly with your tracking number and try to arrange a redelivery.
